Michael Davies

Michael Davies is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Capital Markets team within the Strategic Communications segment and is based in London.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Michael spent more than 25 years in capital markets at UBS, JP Morgan Cazenove and Jefferies Financial Group.

From 2011 at Jefferies, Michael was Head of Equity Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he helped build and grow the investment bank into a leading global franchise. He also directly drove the region’s Institutional Equities and Equity Capital Markets divisions into top-tier businesses.
