Mike Clark

Mike Clark has extensive experience providing transaction and restructuring advisory services in both formal and informal mandates in a variety of industries including mining, retail, real estate, construction and financial services.

Mr. Clark has worked on numerous statutory restructuring appointments and court-sanctioned mandates in Canada, including engagements as Monitor under the Companies Creditors' Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) and appointments under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) for both public and private companies.

Mr. Clark’s recent assignments include serving as the court-appointed Monitor under the CCAA proceedings of a cross-border financial services company, a multinational mining company, a civil construction company and a drilling company. Mr. Clark has also recently acted as Trustee in bankruptcy for a large real estate firm, Receiver of a road-building company and served as financial advisor to the senior secured lender syndicate of a retail company.

Mr. Clark is a director of the Turnaround Management Association’s Northwest Chapter. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
