Nick Hennis

Nick Hennis is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications practice and is based out of the London office.

Nick has more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and specialises in advising mining companies on their engagements with various different stakeholders on a broad range of issues.

Nick has deep expertise in guiding clients through their financial and corporate communications programmes, with particular experience in IPOs and M&A. In addition to this, Nick supports companies through a variety of communication challenges, including managing reputational issues and crises, whilst also helping them navigate regulatory uncertainty and decarbonization pathways.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, holding a B.A. with Honours in ancient and modern history.
