Nick Leese

Nick Leese is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Economic and Financial Consulting practice and is based in London. Nick is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (‘ICAEW’).

Nick has significant experience in the provision of valuation and accounting advice, predominantly in the context of litigation and arbitration proceedings. His advice has related to a number of contentious matters with respect to business valuation, the quantification of lost profits and wasted costs and technical accounting matters.

These matters have been in the context of, inter alia, alleged breaches of contracts, alleged breaches of warranties, alleged fraud and conspiracy and matrimonial disputes. Further, the matters have been before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, the Royal Court of Jersey, the Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance, the District Court of Amsterdam and CEPANI, LCIA, SIAC, SCC and UNCITRAL tribunals.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Nick worked within a corporation tax team where he completed the ICAEW’s Chartered Accountant qualification.
