Normita Rahman

Normita Rahman is a treasury and cash management leader with close to 20 years of experience driving operational transformation, payment infrastructure optimization and large-scale initiatives across corporate and fund environments. Ms. Rahman specializes in operating model design, global treasury centralization and scalable processes and controls that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Ms. Rahman has deep expertise transforming treasury functions within complex global organizations. She has led initiatives to centralize operations, rationalize global bank account structures and enhance payment processes through enterprise-wide systems and workflows. Her work has strengthened financial controls, improved cash visibility and enabled more effective decision-making.

In addition, Ms. Rahman has extensive experience leading large cross-functional programs and managing global teams across multiple regions. She has overseen corporate and fund treasury operations, integrated teams and processes and implemented governance frameworks that support growth and scalability. She is known for aligning stakeholders across finance, accounting and technology to execute complex initiatives and deliver measurable results.

Ms. Rahman focuses on helping clients enhance treasury operations, strengthen controls and drive efficiency across finance organizations. She works closely with clients to implement solutions that improve cash visibility, streamline payment processes and support evolving business needs.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Rahman held senior leadership roles in treasury and investment operations at leading global firms, where she led transformation initiatives including treasury centralization, payment system design and global process optimization. Earlier in her career, she held roles in banking where she led client-facing teams and supported financial operations, sales and compliance functions.
