Oliver Miney

Ollie Miney is responsible for recommending expert and advisory services to legal teams involved in litigation, arbitration and regulatory issues, with a particular focus on the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Ollie provides guidance to clients across the legal sector and is responsible for implementing strategies to develop and expand the firm’s business in the UK and overseas.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ollie spent 20 years as a barristers’ clerk in two leading sets of commercial chambers, first at Fountain Court, a “magic circle” set, and, more recently, at 4 Pump Court. In these roles, Ollie was responsible for the development of barristers' practices alongside fostering and maintaining strategic relationships with legal teams (both at private practice firms and in-house counsels).

During his time clerking, Ollie developed a deep understanding of and an extensive network of relationships in practice areas such as international arbitration, construction, energy, commercial litigation, banking and finance, civil fraud, financial regulation, fintech, professional negligence, insurance and reinsurance, sport and technology and telecoms.
