Patricia Hauck

Patricia Hauck is a Director in the Strategic Communications practice and is based in Munich. Patricia is a certified Prosci Change Manager and a core member of the People & Transformation team, partnering with clients to drive successful large-scale transformation projects. Her expertise lies in facilitating and fostering cultural change, as well as developing communication strategies and enhancing employee engagement to support organizations in achieving transformation goals.

Throughout her career, Patricia has collaborated with clients across diverse sectors, from multinational corporations to start-ups, to strengthen their change and internal communication capabilities through tailored activities. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of organizational dynamics enable her to align initiatives with project goals and business priorities, ensuring measurable impact.

Patricia holds a M.A. in communication management from Leipzig University and a B.A. in communication science and psychology from Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich (“LMU”).
