Patrick Fillion

Patrick Fillion has more than 15 years of experience in the restructuring space, working on a number of complex and high-profile projects across various industries, including car rental, construction, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, real estate, retail, securities and senior housing services.

Mr. Fillion’s primary focus is working with clients to provide reorganization and insolvency advisory services. He has more than 15 years of experience in the restructuring practice and worked in various types of mandates, including as monitor under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”), trustee in bankruptcy, consultant to debtor to assist senior management of underperforming companies and consultant for banks in the analysis of operations and financial projections.

Mr. Fillion’s recent engagements include serving as court-appointed receiver of Armoires Fabritec Inc.; provisional administrator to trustee in the proposal of Bouclair Inc.; court-appointed monitor of MedXL inc.; court appointed receiver of Mometal Inc.; provisional administrator to Mutuelle d’assurance en Eglise; and court-appointed monitor of SM Group.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Fillion was a Director of the Financial Advisory Group at Deloitte.
