Paul Griffith

Paul Griffith specializes in providing financial advisory services to corporations, various creditor classes, equity owners and directors of underperforming companies. Mr. Griffith has experience working with companies in consumer products, retail, energy and healthcare, among other industries.

Mr. Griffith’s experience includes advising corporations and senior lenders by developing financial projections, assessing business plans and liquidity forecasts, developing reporting tools to track performance and liquidity, assisting in restructuring negotiations and due diligence processes, and vendor management.

A representative list of recent engagements where Mr. Griffith has provided services includes: Serta Simmons Bedding, Save A Lot, Tops Markets, Noble Group, Perkins, Chaparral Energy, a wound care center operator, an IT outsourcing company, and a hospital system in Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Griffith worked at Morgan Stanley, where he provided investment banking services to public power agencies and corporations able to issue tax-exempt debt.

Mr. Griffith graduated magna cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance.
