Pragya Gupta

Pragya Gupta has more than 12 years of experience in public policy and media advocacy for the global corporate and development sectors. Pragya specialises in issues-based advocacy campaigns and has advised clients such as Mastercard, Intel, SaveLIFE Foundation, Pearson, Virgin Hyperloop and DP World.

Pragya has experience on projects related to eliminating child labor in supply chains, including as an advisor to the Responsible Mica Initiative on sustainable mica supply chain issues. She also played an instrumental role in curating the India Hydrogen Alliance (‘IH2A’), an industry coalition working to support green hydrogen commercialisation in India.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Pragya was the media and communications lead at the international not-for-profit, WaterAid India, where she managed all internal and external communications. In this role, she managed corporate social responsibility (‘CSR’) programmes for major corporate and institutional grants, including the HSBC Water Programme, PepsiCo and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, among others.

Pragya started her career with Edelman India, where she was a part of the public affairs and advocacy division. In this position, she handled media and policy advocacy for clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Tata Group companies and the International Justice Mission.
