Rafaella de Freitas

Rafaella de Freitas is a Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and is based in Brazil. Rafaella has extensive expertise in corporate and financial communications. She advises national and international clients across mining, technology, financials, retail and other sectors on corporate positioning, managing reputational risks and navigating critical transitions, such as restructurings, IPOs and leadership changes.

Rafaella specializes in developing tailored internal and external communications strategies for diverse stakeholders and managing projects across different jurisdictions. She is a certified Prosci® Change Practitioner and has advised clients on communications around large-scale organizational changes.

Prior to joining the São Paulo office, Rafaella was part of the Consumer Industries team at FTI Consulting in London. In this role, she supported Main Market and Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) listed companies in the London Stock Exchange throughout the reporting calendar, as well as with financial media and sell-side analyst relations.

Rafaella graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and holds a certificate on Business and Climate Change, “The Road to Net Zero,” from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
