Ravi Dhanak

Ravi Dhanak is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice in the Middle East and has more than 12 years of professional experience. Ravi began his career with PwC in the UK, initially within their audit function where he spent two years before transferring to their deals practice. Ravi relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2018 and prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2021, he was a director in KPMG’s transaction services practice.

Ravi specialises in providing financial due diligence services (buy-side and sell-side) and has significant experience advising both private equity and corporate clients across a wide array of sectors, including financial services, consumer goods, hospitality, technology and business services.

Ravi has recent experience working with some of the region’s largest investors in the GCC on several landmark transactions both domestically and internationally. Ravi co-leads the FTI Consulting Middle East sell-side offering, having advised on a number of divestment and merger transactions on behalf of Unilever, Americana Foods, Marriott Hotels, R&R Ice Cream and multiple family groups and privately owned enterprises.
