Seppi Grant is a financial restructuring and corporate finance advisor with more than a decade of experience in the London market and is now based in Australia. Seppi has delivered complex mid-cap and large-scale debt restructurings, refinancings, turnarounds, valuations, due diligence engagements and distressed M&A transactions throughout Europe.

Seppi works closely with boards, management teams and financial stakeholders to navigate stressed and distressed situations, bringing deep technical expertise and a pragmatic, execution-focused approach across the full restructuring and transaction lifecycle. His experience spans the real estate, retail, media, infrastructure, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Seppi holds a B.Sc. in Economics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
