Sonja Tesch has more than 15 years of experience in restructuring consulting.

Sonia specializes in the preparation of restructuring opinions, the implementation of performance improvement programs and the management of complex turnaround projects. In addition, she regularly takes interim management positions as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) or Chief Transformation Officer (“CTO”).

Sonia’s industry focuses includes mechanical and plant engineering, as well as the healthcare and automotive supplier sectors. Additionally, she has experience in the private equity sector, having previously worked at a large private equity company.

Relevant Experience:

• Served as interim CTO of an automotive supplier with sales exceeding €200 million; focused on liquidity management, as well as execution of the performance improvement program
• Served as interim CFO of an automotive supplier with sales exceeding €180 million; improved the company’s liquidity and profitability and digitized its finance processes
• Led the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, the execution of a reporting system and the oversight of project management for a client
• Led the execution of a performance improvement program in a large company in the plant construction industry with sales exceeding €1.700 million
• Led preparation of numerous restructuring opinions and management of several stakeholder communications in medium-sized companies
