Stephanie Jagiello, CFA

With more than 16 years of experience, Stephanie Jagiello brings deep expertise in corporate finance — leading teams in executing strategic growth plans, evaluating complex M&A transactions and delivering business valuations and advanced financial modeling. Her background is rooted in corporate finance, with a focus on transaction advisory and valuation.

Stephanie has extensive experience with the valuation of business enterprise and equity, as well as tangible and intangible assets. These valuations have supported M&A transactions, financial and tax planning and reporting, and reorganizations and internal restructurings.

Stephanie has been involved in some of the largest transactions in the aerospace and defense sector over the last decade, providing pre-deal input to key stakeholders as well as performing purchase price allocations for post-deal reporting.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Stephanie worked for 13 years in the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY, where she focused on valuation work for large corporate clients in the aerospace and defense sector.
