Stephanie Randall

Stephanie Randall is in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and is based in New York City. Ms. Randall is part of the segment’s People & Transformation practice.

Ms. Randall advises companies and implements multistakeholder communications and change management programs during moments of transformation, including merger integration, carve-outs, divestitures, restructurings and other significant transaction events or transitions.

Ms. Randall has a breadth of merger integration and carve-out experience with companies of all sizes and across several geographies. Ms. Randall frequently leads and specializes in building and executing successful communications and cross-functional change management strategies throughout pre-close, Day One and post-close phases, inclusive of cultural integration, leader enablement and employee engagement tactics.

Ms. Randall’s approach keeps clients’ business objectives in mind to support continuity and productivity, retain key talent, equip and empower leaders and managers, and protect relationships with customers and other critical external stakeholders.

Ms. Randall completed an M.A. in International Relations at New York University with a concentration in International Business and Politics. She is a certified Prosci® Change Manager.
