Stephen Belyn

Stephen Belyn is a member of the Lender Services practice. Mr. Belyn has experience with both small and large companies, with assets ranging from $5 million to $1 billion, and has worked on more than 100 transactions involving due diligence and accounts receivable securitization monitoring. He has industry expertise in energy, power and products.

Mr. Belyn has served as advisor to lenders and other financing sources on proposed asset-backed loan and accounts receivable securitization facilities. He has assisted with the initial due diligence of borrowers’ potential collateral and identification of ineligible assets. Mr. Belyn also has provided monitoring services, including analyzing monthly reports and identifying ineligibles that were not currently specified in the loan or securitization documents.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Belyn was a Senior Associate with the U.S. division of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Recovery Services practice.
