Dr. Timothée Fraisse, M.D.

Timothée Fraisse is an experienced leader with 20 years of hands-on expertise in implementing growth strategies and business turnarounds. Timothée brings deep knowledge in the healthcare, aerospace and defense sectors.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Timothée was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he notably led private equity initiatives in the healthcare sector. Previously, he founded and led Mecapole, an industrial group specialized in aerospace subcontracting, with 1,500 employees serving Tier 1 clients, such as Airbus and Safran.

During his early career, Timothée worked as a surgeon and researcher in university hospitals across France, the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. He currently serves as a Reserve Medical Officer within the French Military Health Service.
