Troy Sweetland

Troy Sweetland is a Senior Director in the Trial & Arbitration Support practice of FTI Consulting’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in San Francisco. Mr. Sweetland has worked in the Graphic and Information Design Industry for more than 4 years. Since joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Sweetland has worked on multiple serial litigation matters, three of which are product liability litigations. He has worked with trial teams to perfect visual presentation strategies and simplify complex processes.

Mr. Sweetland has extensive experience creating demonstratives for large engagements in state and federal jurisdictions nationwide. He works closely with the legal team and their experts to create logical, memorable and compelling presentations.

In addition to working closely with FTI Consulting internal experts and colleagues, Mr. Sweetland’s client relationships include King & Spalding; Greenberg Traurig; Alston & Bird; Pepper Hamilton; Phillips Lytle; Fulbright & Jaworski; Sutherland; Nelson Mullins; Kaye Scholer; Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman and Irell & Manella. His corporate clients include GlaxoSmithKline, Par Pharmaceuticals, Morgan Keegan, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Google, Pfizer, Western Digital and Hitachi.

Mr. Sweetland was previously employed as the Marketing and Advertising lead at a Biotechnology company that specialized in DNA/RNA isolation and has experience illustrating and creating graphic presentations on scientific material. Mr. Sweetland designed illustrations that were used in enzyme patent applications, scientific protocols and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Mr. Sweetland holds a B.A. in management and society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
