Vincent Loo

Vincent Loo is a Managing Director at FTI Capital Advisors (“FTICA”), the investment banking arm of FTI Consulting, where he leads the Southeast Asia practice. Vincent brings more than 16 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and fundraising across the region.

Vincent joined FTICA through the firm’s acquisition of Delta Partners, a global telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) strategy consulting and investment banking firm. Before Delta Partners, he was a senior member of Titan Capital, an investment firm established by the founding Managing Director of TPG Capital Asia, where he led principal investments and advised on corporate finance engagements. He began his career with the deal advisory practices of PwC and KPMG.

Over the course of his career, Vincent has advised financial sponsors (including their portfolio companies), strategic investors and corporates on numerous cross-border transactions, spanning digital infrastructure (towers, data centers and fiber), technology and digital services (consumer and enterprise) and semiconductors.

Vincent is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) Charterholder. Additionally, he holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy with first class honors from Oxford Brookes University.

Vincent is a Malaysian national and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
