Zarif Munir

Zarif Munir is a Senior Managing Director within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment and Head of Southeast Asia Business Transformation, based in Singapore.

With 25 years of consulting experience, Mr. Munir specializes in turnarounds and transactions, serving clients across industrials, healthcare and consumer goods. His extensive global experience spans Latin America, the United States, Europe, North Africa and South and Southeast Asia, where he has advised sovereign wealth funds, family-owned businesses and industrial conglomerates.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Munir was with a leading global consulting firm, where he played a pivotal role in large buy- and sell-side transactions across automotive, commodities, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy and healthcare. He was instrumental in developing the industrials practice and is known for his strong senior relationships, strategic problem-solving and ability to drive transformational change across organizations.

In addition to expertise in turnarounds and transactions, Mr. Munir has successfully expanded business operations into new markets, leveraging deep industry knowledge and leadership to unlock new growth opportunities.
