Our Role
- FTI Consulting conducted a comprehensive assessment of the client’s digital capabilities, identifying gaps in patient and operational needs, and leveraged its Digital Health Transformation Partnership (“DHTP”) with HIMSS to inform actionable recommendations.
- Our team developed an innovation portfolio aligned with the client’s strategic goals, including governance structures, portfolio roadmaps and a value-to-complexity analysis to prioritize recommended solutions.
- FTI Consulting led the design, planning and launch of the Innovation Center, delivering more than 20 critical artifacts such as process documentation, a three-year budget, vendor partnership proposals and business plans for solution expansion.
- Post-launch, our experts operationalized frameworks, tracked success metrics and supported commercialization efforts by creating tailored go-to-market strategies for the client’s innovations, all while offering continued guidance to sustain momentum.
