The client wanted to implement a new cost management system in less than four months because a temporary service agreement with another oil and gas company was expiring. EcoSys was selected as the product, and FTI Consulting, in part because of its substantial expertise with the product, was engaged for implementation and go-live support.

Our technologists developed an integration with EcoSys as the target system for other client systems, such as Maximo, SAP and Track. This included adding P6 integration as a late change in project scope without affecting the aggressive timeline.
