A recent FTI Consulting survey revealed that 70% of U.S. workers in fully remote or hybrid roles would consider leaving their jobs if required to return to the office full time without a pay increase. Ingrid Rivera Noone, Senior Managing Director and Co-Leader of Real Estate Solutions, and Josh Herrenkohl, Senior Managing Director, discussed these findings on the FTI Experts’ Hub podcast, hosted by Commercial property Executive.
