Antoine Mialhe

Antoine Mialhe serves as a Senior Managing Director and leads the Europe, Middle East and Africa (‘EMEA’) Healthcare & Life Sciences practice within the Strategic Communications segment. Mr. Mialhe offers expert counsel to a diverse client base, including large pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotech firms, medical device manufacturers and prominent EU and international biopharmaceutical trade associations, helping organisations navigate the complex political and legislative landscape impacting their sector.

Leveraging FTI Consulting’s footprint across Europe, Mr. Mialhe designs and implements strategic communications campaigns supporting the commercialisation of innovative products across regions. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, he contributed to securing two Covid-19 vaccine contracts and one Covid-19 therapeutic contract with the European Commission worth more than €10 billion in total.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Mialhe worked for eight years as an EU official at the European Commission, Directorate-General (‘DG’) Research and Innovation, Directorate Health.

Mr. Mialhe holds an M.A. in European Affairs from Sciences Po Lille, an M.A. in Business Management from the INSEEC School of Business and Economics and a B.A. in Political Sciences from Université Paris X-Nanterre. He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and can speak functionally in German.
