Eloy Mayorga

Eloy Mayorga is a Senior Managing Director for the Corporate Finance team with more 17 years of combined experience in debt advisory, restructuring and private equity.

Within FTI Eloy advises corporates, financial sponsors and creditors in funding development, refinancing and restructuring processes.

He has extensive experience working across different industries, including, Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (“FMCG”), Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Construction (“EPC”), Automotive, Manufacturing and Tourism.

During his career, Eloy has advised in more than 30 special situations deals and debt refinancings with an aggregated value of more than €10bn, with experience in both large corporations and mid-market companies.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Eloy worked at Mercapital, a Spanish Private Equity firm, focusing on portfolio management and analysis of investment opportunities.

Eloy holds a MSc. in Business from University of La Coruña, Spain, and earned a Master in Finance from CUNEF (Madrid, Spain), Eloy is fluent in Spanish and English.
