Ms. Anand has advised C-suite, investors and boards of directors and is skilled in defining and leading growth strategy, performance management and operations efficiency initiatives for large-scale organizations. Prior to her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Anand was a Principal at KKR Capstone, where she drove value creation for healthcare and technology portfolio companies. In this position, she led cross-functional transformational initiatives to drive topline and margin with immediate impact. Preceding KKR Capstone, she worked at BCG, where she supported healthcare and tech clients on various business strategy, revenue growth and enterprise transformation initiatives.
