About Rachel
Rachel Hall has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare transformations, digital strategy and customer experience within the healthcare industry. Ms. Hall is recognized for her ability to bring innovation and insightful solutions to market to help improve wellness and reduce costs. Her approach includes delivery solutions, such as financial modeling, roadmaps, strategy definition, product management, process redesign and human-centered design.
Ms. Hall has broad exposure across the healthcare provider and payer industries, including nonprofit, private and public companies. She has extensive capabilities in navigating clients through new growth and cost takeout strategies. She is skilled in care management and virtual care innovation, transformation enablement, data insights and AI analytics, consumer experience and organizational change management.
Ms. Hall has led some of the industry’s most complex transformations and has provided subject matter expertise for a variety of strategic engagements, including the establishment of virtual care partnerships and consortiums; new product definition and development; operational performance improvement; business strategy and planning; and organizational change management. She has helped clients achieve near-term and long-term meaningful results.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Hall was a principal in the healthcare consulting practice of a Big Four consulting firm, where she led the digital health practice in the United States and the smart health experience solution globally. Ms. Hall has assisted clients and diverse internal teams in defining and achieving their strategic performance goals, establishing new care models, innovating digital capabilities and applying human-centered design. Additionally, she has experience innovating AI and machine learning (“ML”) capabilities, achieving complex transformation planning and management and defining go-to-market approaches for her clients.
Ms. Hall earned her B.S.Ed. with a dual emphasis in elementary and early childhood education from the University of Missouri, Columbia and her M.B.A. with an emphasis in management and decision sciences from St. Louis University.
Relevant Experience:
- Led an enterprise-wide insights data platform and cloud migration for a major not-for-profit health system, which enabled the health system to achieve its consumer value and growth objectives
- Led a strategic end-to-end virtual care capabilities definition for all levels of care at a regional health system, creating a new business model and forming a national consortium to bring this concept to market
- Led telehealth innovation and scale during the COVID-19 crisis and recovery that added remote care capabilities and clinical guidelines for delivery programs, such as hospital for home, remote patient monitoring and virtual visits
