Dr. Ricardo Gomez

Dr. Ricardo Gomez is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Ricardo leads a group of professionals that executes investigations and compliance programme assessments around the world. He has over 15 years of professional experience that includes investigating complex criminal and civil matters, evaluating and implementing compliance programmes, and reviewing and revising corporate internal controls.

Ricardo has presented supporting statements at the U.S. Department of Justice, New York City, USA, as well as in other jurisdictions. He has performed audits in over 15 countries in Asia, the Americas and Europe, and has held executive corporate positions in the UK, Germany and Spain. His major clients are from the fields of consumer products and retail, media and telecommunications, and logistics.

Ricardo focuses on cross-border investigations and compliance assessments, working closely with both corporate executive clients as well as international law firms.

Ricardo holds a law degree as well as a doctoral degree from the University of Cologne, Germany.
