Our Role

FTI Consulting e-architected and deployed substantial Orange database capability enhancements and builds to support hundreds of disparate reviewers of 800,000 time sheet entries with new and enhanced technical capabilities.
Our professionals consolidated, parsed, scrubbed and substantiated transactional data consisting of millions of lines of time entry data across over 10,000 invoices from several hundreds of disparate vendors.
Over a three-month period, FTI Consulting responded to daily changes in review and production requirements to adjust workflow and deploy agile technology enhancements to meet an ever-changing list of client and law firm expectations.
