FTI Consulting Adds Operational Improvement Expert Sébastien Flageollet to Business Transformation Practice
Amsterdam, 2 September 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Sébastien Flageollet as a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within its Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Amsterdam.
Mr. Flageollet brings nearly a decade of operational performance improvement and merger and acquisitions-driven transformation experience to the firm. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will work with clients across a range of industries to support growth through improvement plans, market analysis and value creation initiatives. He will also prepare commercial reports, such as risk assessments, and provide guidance throughout the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to deal signing, closing and value realisation.

Mr. Flageollet has worked with the senior management teams of corporations and portfolio companies on a variety of operational transformation projects, including strategic planning, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and cost and process optimisation. Before joining FTI Consulting, he was a Director at Monitor Deloitte, where he held roles such as M&A and life sciences business lead.
Mr. Flageollet also brings leadership and team-building skills from his earlier career in the French Air Force, where he served as Flight Commander and received honours for his operational service.
