FTI Consulting Provides Five Arrows with Due Diligence Advice for KEV Group Investment

London, 3 March 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that it provided financial services to Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, to support its investment in KEV Group, a leading North American provider of school activity fee management software solutions for K-12 schools.

The Five Arrows investment will fund the expansion of KEV Group’s U.S. operations and the development of its fund management software solutions.

FTI Consulting’s cross-border financial due diligence team included Transactional Services Senior Managing Director Charmaine Wong, Managing Director Imran Shaikh, Senior Director Jack Ransley and Director Andre Kong in London and Managing Director Marianne Pasiliao in New York.
