FTI Consulting worked with the client to understand the requirements, determine solutions and develop a plan for the go-live.
Our experts performed system configuration and testing in only two months to support the client’s business requirements.
Implementation teams migrated all the data from the old system to the new one using the same structure that users were accustomed to seeing.
Our technologists developed an integration with EcoSys as the target system for other client systems, such as Maximo, SAP and Track. This included adding P6 integration as a late change in project scope without affecting the aggressive timeline.
The team created training documents and additional materials for Day 2 support activities.
