Gráinne Bryan has worked in the legal industry for more than two decades. Throughout her career, Gráinne Bryan has worked in a consultative capacity with law firms and corporates, enabling them to effectively leverage technology and resources in all areas of legal practice.
Gráinne specialises in commercial litigation, investigations and regulatory matters across Ireland, Europe and the Middle East. Her practice focuses on delivering strategic, high-stakes solutions for complex disputes, comprehensive investigations and regulatory compliance programs.
Gráinne’s key areas of expertise include civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes and enforcement actions; internal and external investigations, whistleblower procedures and risk assessment; regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border advisory and filings; and crisis management, litigation risk assessment and evidence preservation.
Gráinne’s has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and government entities, translating intricate legal frameworks into practical, business-focused outcomes. She is committed to delivering rigorous analysis, clear communication and timely, results-driven counsel to clients navigating diverse technology and regulatory landscapes. Relevant Experience:
- Setting up some of Ireland’s primary and largest in-house e-discovery, project services and technology teams, leading many notable e-discovery, AI, corporate and regulatory projects
- Heavily involved in regulatory matters including the Bernie Madoff and Economic Sanctions inquiries and fraud investigations
- Central in the co-ordination, review and management for some of Ireland’s largest banks in the Governmental inquiry established in relation to the Irish banking sector in the aftermath of the financial crisis
- Lead review and consultant teams on e-discovery process, workflow and best practice for many of Ireland’s largest commercial litigation cases
