Emma Pitt

Emma Pitt is a Managing Director within the Data and Technology Transformation practice at FTI Consulting. Emma has more than 20 years of experience as a transformation practitioner designing, developing and executing commercial strategies and change programmes.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Emma successfully worked with clients across the financial, banking and insurance industries, leading large change programmes to improve client profitability through the delivery of commercial strategies, improved operating models, better cost management and enriched management information ("MI") and insights.

Emma’s strength lies in her ability to engage with and effectively manage stakeholders from all levels and functions. She has a proven track record of managing a mix of client and FTI Consulting multidisciplined teams across a number of client locations, often remotely. She is highly experienced in managing and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Emma’s areas of expertise include change and stakeholder management, project management, sector strategy definition and implementation, management information and reporting capability and business process improvement.
