Katy Quintanilla

Katy Quintanilla has nearly 15 years of experience across multiple functions and industry verticals through a mix of both consulting and corporate experience. Ms. Quintanilla specializes in helping companies execute on their transaction through diligence support, project management, business transformation and savings realization strategies.

Ms. Quintanilla’s expertise spans a wide variety of industries and serves both corporate and private equity-backed clients. She supports clients across the deal lifecycle including due diligence, transaction planning (pre-Day 1) and post-deal execution by either leading the management office or in interim roles. In addition to her transaction experience, Ms. Quintanilla has focused on business transformation projects including Finance & Accounting optimization and category management. Her recent engagements include synergy assessments, integration planning, process design, procurement negotiations and business plan reviews.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Quintanilla supported the integration of Lineage Power by General Electric and was part of their Financial Management Program.
