Mollie Hawkes

Mollie Hawkes serves as the Global Head of Marketing, Communications & Investor Relations at FTI Consulting. In this unique role, Ms. Hawkes is responsible for unifying and aligning FTI Consulting’s brand and people for success. Ms. Hawkes is also a member of FTI Consulting’s global Executive Committee. With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Hawkes’ leadership has been instrumental in delivering transparent, consistent and integrated communications and marketing campaigns for all of FTI Consulting’s stakeholders. In her role, Ms. Hawkes has successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at generating revenues, enhancing shareholder returns and attracting, developing and retaining leading professionals to drive sustained growth.

Under Ms. Hawkes leadership, the Investor Relations team led a proactive investor engagement campaign that resulted in FTI Consulting being among the best performing stocks on the S&P 500 from 2018 to 2022. Ms. Hawkes has broad expertise developing and executing integrated communications and marketing initiatives to enhance the FTI Consulting brand across a broad array of areas, including capital markets communications, ESG, Corporate Citizenship, corporate reputation, human capital management, talent acquisition, culture, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and crisis communications, among others.

Ms. Hawkes has managed strategic financial communications programs for clients in the professional services, industrial, chemical, financial services, telecom, retail, media, publishing and entertainment sectors. In addition, Ms. Hawkes has advised on high-profile M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and bankruptcies. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2008, Ms. Hawkes was an Account Executive at The Blueshirt Group, a leading investor relations, financial communications, financial media relations and crisis management firm. Previously, Ms. Hawkes managed investor relations programs at Brainerd Communicators, an investor relations agency specializing in financial, public, media, and crisis relations for U.S. and international companies.

Under Ms. Hawkes leadership, in 2015 FTI Consulting’s investor relations program was ranked among the top 250 companies in IR Magazine’s U.S. investor perception survey. Ms. Hawkes was a Finalist for the “Get It Done” FTI Award in 2014. In 2013, Ms. Hawkes was nominated for the Institutional Investor All-American Executive Team for Investor Relations.
