Raphaël Miolane specializes in complex transformation, turnaround and restructuring with more than 25 years of experience. Mr. Miolane has served as Advisor, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer and Board Member across multiple high-stakes mandates in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.

Mr. Miolane brings intensity, velocity and pragmatism to restructurings and turnarounds of stressed and distressed companies, combining hands-on management expertise with strategic advisory. His track record spans carve-out, accelerated value creation plans, operations and commercial turnarounds, organisation blueprints and restructuring.

Mr. Miolane’s executive career includes nearly a decade at Yum! Brands in CFO and CEO positions, followed by Group and Divisional CEO roles at Courtepaille, Le Duff Group and Subway. Earlier, he built his advisory experience at the Boston Consulting Group as Senior Consultant & Project Leader, leading engagements in retail, food and telecom.
