Steve Schwartz

Steve Schwartz is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Trial & Arbitration Support practice with more than 20 years of experience expertly managing the technical intricacies of large and high-profile matters. Mr. Schwartz’s international experience spans North and South America, Europe and Asia, with project exposures exceeding $7 billion.

Mr. Schwartz collaborates closely with trial teams to ensure that the extensive evidence and case-related information are organized and easily accessible. He works with clients to determine and implement the most effective setup of audiovisual equipment. As the primary technology contact for clients, he helps them achieve successful outcomes within approved budgets.

Additionally, Mr. Schwartz led the development of the TrialMax Cloud® portal, a single point of entry for preparing and participating in remote trials, hearings, depositions and arbitrations. Having helped to develop the tools and practices to reliably support remote international arbitration hearings, Mr. Schwartz helps lead FTI Consulting's ongoing development and provision of these services to a global list of law firms and arbitration bodies.

Mr. Schwartz is a recognized expert in dispute-related technology. He coauthored the “Use of Graphics, Demonstratives and Trial Technology” chapter in the American Bar Association's Construction Trial Deskbook (2021).

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Schwartz was a senior project consultant at TrialGraphix.
