Meredith Griffanti Explores Results of Recent CISO Redefined Report
Washington, D.C., March 17, 2026 — Meredith Griffanti, Global Head of Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications at FTI Consulting, explores the results of the firm’s recent CISO Redefined report in an interview with Law360.
The report found that nearly one in four executives has experienced a cyber incident during or shortly after a transaction. “It’s almost like clockwork. Within a matter of weeks of a deal getting leaked to the public or going public, we tend to see heightened cyber attacks, and a lot of them are successful,” Ms. Griffanti said in the interview.
