How We Help
We have a unique approach to transaction support on corporate transactions. We provide both financial and tax due diligence as well as SPA support in a single team, which in our experience results in a more responsive and holistic service with a commercial focus on achieving the optimum transaction result.

- Transactions, from fund and joint venture structuring advice, both in the UK and internationally, to tax structuring for acquisitions, development projects, disposals of real estate and financial and tax due diligence on corporate acquisitions.
- Capital allowances transaction advice including the entitlement to benefit from UK tax relief, technical advisory services and on-going analysis of capital expenditure to support tax filing resulting in optimal and robust capital allowances claims. - Transfer pricing – we provide a full suite of debt advisory transfer pricing services including thin capitalisation policy documents and analyses, cash pooling, on-lending margins, upstream loan policies, and guarantee fee analysis. Other areas of transfer pricing include fee structures for the funds, opco-propco splits, and cross-charging for services across portfolios and platforms.
