ABF Journal Recognizes Carlyn Taylor as 2021 Legend Icon

Washington, D.C., Jan. 5, 2022 — ABF Journal’s inaugural Industry Icons Awards issue named Carlyn Taylor, Global Co-Leader of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment and Industry Initiative Leader at FTI Consulting, as a 2021 Legend Icon. The award recognizes her extraordinary commitment to her clients and the firm across her 31 years in the consulting industry.

Ms. Taylor specializes in strategy, business transformation, restructuring and transaction-related services. She has led the launches of FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation practice and its Telecommunications, Media & Technology industry practice, which she built into an industry leader over a 20-year period.

“Consulting is an extremely challenging but stimulating and rewarding career,” Ms. Taylor told ABF Journal. “It’s demanding and it goes up and down and it’s unpredictable. … I’ve spent an enormous amount of time in my career trying to help people figure out what they enjoy and then help them get there and achieve their goals.”
