Compliance and Anti-Corruption Expert Gustavo Morales Oliver Joins FTI Consulting

Washington, D.C., Sept. 15, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Gustavo Morales Oliver as a Managing Director in the Risk and Investigations practice within the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment.

Mr. Morales Oliver, who is based in Toronto, joins FTI Consulting from Argentinean law firm Marval O’Farrell & Mairal, where he spent nearly 20 years advising clients across Latin America. He most recently led the firm’s Compliance, Anti-Corruption & Investigations practice.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Morales Oliver will work closely with the Risk and Investigations team in Latin America, helping clients identify and resolve regulatory and political challenges, manage cross-border investigations and develop and maintain robust compliance programs.
