Consulting Magazine Names FTI Consulting’s Nicole Costaldo to 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting List

Washington, D.C., Nov. 14, 2025 — FTI Consulting, today announced that Nicole Costaldo, a Managing Director in the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment, was named to Consulting magazine’s 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting list, which honors exceptional female leaders for their contributions to the consulting profession. Ms. Costaldo was recognized in the Future Leader category.

Ms. Costaldo, who is based in New York, is a member of the Data & Analytics practice at FTI Consulting. She uses advanced analytic techniques to help private and public organizations unlock value from their data. She supports clients by navigating complex technical infrastructures to identify key systems, assess data quality and construct analytical models to solve various business challenges. In this capacity and for the past 15 years, Ms. Costaldo has been leveraging these skills to unravel, detect and monitor for large-scale financial crimes and help key stakeholders better understand how technology and data can be used to enhance and transform their BSA/AML/OFAC compliance programs.
