Four FTI Consulting Professionals Named to Ragan’s Top Women in Communications List
Washington, D.C., March 16, 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that four professionals within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment have been recognized in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards Class of 2026. The awards honor the most influential leaders across the communications industry, whose leadership, strategy and vision have shaped the future of the profession.
The following FTI Consulting professionals were honored in their respective categories:
- Maggie Jenkins – Mentors & Coaches
- Elizabeth Murphy – Dynamic Do-er
- Kate Pulio-Deighton – Crisis Navigator
- Teresa Stepic – Healthcare Communicator
Ms. Jenkins is a Director in FTI Consulting’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications practice and is based in New York. She specializes in crisis preparedness activities, including facilitating tabletop exercises and designing crisis communications frameworks. She has extensive experience advising clients on internal and external communications strategies when responding to complex issues.
Ms. Murphy is a Director in FTI Consulting’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications practice. Based in Chicago, she specializes in cybersecurity incident response and preparedness, spanning the full lifecycle of an incident, from proactive planning and risk assessment to real-time response and long-term reputation recovery. She has deep experience guiding organizations through high‑impact operational disruptions that threaten business continuity and stakeholder trust.
Ms. Pulio-Deighton is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Crisis & Litigation Communications practice. Based in Atlanta, she advises organizations as they prepare for and navigate a myriad of sensitive crises, issues, litigation and investigations. She leads clients through transformational, high-stakes matters including operational disruptions, environmental, health and safety incidents, product-related issues, legal disputes, government inquiries, regulatory compliance and enforcement actions, workforce reductions and leadership transitions.
Ms. Stepic is a Managing Director based in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice within FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment. She specializes in large, integrated public affairs campaigns that shape policy, legislation and reputation for companies across the healthcare industry. She works with her clients to develop multifaceted communications strategies tailored to breakthrough the Beltway clutter and unite stakeholder audiences with business opportunity during moments of crisis, transformation and repositioning.
