FTI Consulting Appoints Julia Harrison as Global Head of Public Affairs Practice within the Strategic Communications Segment and Hans Hack to Lead Brussels Office
Brussels, 10 December 2019 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today appointed Julia Harrison to lead the global Public Affairs practice within the Company’s Strategic Communications segment. As part of the newly created role, Ms Harrison will oversee an integrated offering for clients navigating political and regulatory oversight and complex business issues, as well as maximize and coordinate business development opportunities across sectors and geographies.
Ms Harrison is currently Managing Partner of the Brussels office of FTI Consulting. She co-founded Blueprint, a public affairs company, in 2003, building it with her partners and team to become an internationally recognized market leader. In 2008, the firm joined FD, which later became part of FTI Consulting, and she has led the Brussels office since then.
FTI Consulting today also announced that Hans Hack, a Senior Managing Director who has been part of the Brussels leadership team for six years and has run day-to-day operations for the past year, will succeed Ms Harrison as head of the Brussels office. Ms Harrison will continue to be based in Brussels.
