FTI Capital Advisors Assists e& on Forming a Strategic Joint Venture with Bespin Global

Dubai, 7 June 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that its wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary, FTI Capital Advisors DIFC Limited ("FTICA"), acted as financial advisor to Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC ("e& enterprise") on its agreement with Bespin Global, a South Korean-based multi-cloud solutions provider, to form a joint venture (“JV”) called Bespin Global MEA. The company will provide public cloud managed and professional services in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan (“METAP”).

The JV between e& enterprise and Bespin Global will leverage the existing capabilities and customer relationships of both companies to support businesses across the METAP region in their digital transformation journey.
