FTI Capital Advisors Facilitates CSquared’s Equity Raise to Drive Digital Transformation Across Africa

Dubai, 17 November 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced today that FTI Capital Advisors (DIFC) Limited, its subsidiary in the Dubai International Financial Centre, acted as financial advisor to CSquared in the capital raise and simultaneous acquisition of a stake in CSquared Link Holdings (Mauritius) Limited held by Google LLC. The company successfully secured new equity from CPDIF, IFC - International Finance Corporation and the International Development Association’s Private Sector Window Blended Finance Facility. It is the first tranche of an investment programme designed to finance CSquared’s expansion and growth.

CSquared is a pan-African technology firm dedicated to digitally connecting Africa through strategic investments in telecommunications infrastructure. The transaction will fund the company’s network expansion and further its digital infrastructure developments across the region.
