FTI Consulting Adds Transactions and Valuation Expert Stephanie Jagiello

Washington, D.C., May 27, 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Stephanie Jagiello as a Managing Director in the Valuation & Financial Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Ms. Jagiello, who is based in Washington, D.C., brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, having led teams in executing strategic growth plans, evaluating complex M&A transactions and delivering business valuations and advanced financial modeling.

In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Jagiello will focus on assisting clients with valuation needs to support transactions and strategic decision-making. She will specialize in applying valuation analyses within the context of M&A, capital raising, financial and tax reporting, management planning, restructuring and litigation support.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Jagiello was a member of the Strategy and Transactions practice at a Big Four firm, where she focused on valuation work for large corporate clients in the aerospace and defense sector.
