FTI Consulting Adds Two Senior Professionals to Its Health Solutions Practice

Washington, D.C., June 8, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointments of Andre Manitiu and Michael Duffy as Managing Directors within the firm’s Health Solutions practice.

Mr. Manitiu, who is based in New York, brings more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate turnarounds, restructuring and operational performance improvement to his role at FTI Consulting, where he will focus on advising healthcare entities and their stakeholders in these areas. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Manitiu served as Senior Vice President of Performance Management at Somatus, a leading value-based kidney care company. He also previously held a healthcare advisory role at Alvarez and Marsal and healthcare investment banking roles at UBS and Bank of America in New York.

Mr. Duffy, who is based in San Francisco, joins FTI Consulting with more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare delivery systems, medical groups, community hospitals and payers navigate strategic, financial, and operational challenges. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will focus on medical group development and integration across various physician enterprises to help clients address the increasing demand for outpatient services. Previously, Mr. Duffy served as Vice President of Strategy and Operations at BASS Medical Group. .
